What are some crypto exchanges? Any that are better than others?

Couldnt really tell you. I mined my bitcoin years ago and buy once in a while from Bitcoin bank machines with cash.

If I want other cryptos, I use changely. But I use Bitcoin to buy them not Cad dollars.

All exchanges are all shady IMO so after you buy you'll probably want to transfer them to an offline wallet that you alone have the private keys for.

If you leave it on the exchange, they can steal it from you. Kinda like when you leave money in a bank, its not yours its the banks.
But its not insured and no ones bailing you out.

But if you want to do some "trading" for a quick profit, youll probably need to leave it on the exchange to do that.

Im a buy and hold for a long time kinda guy. And i realize that isnt everyones strategy.

have been getting this from Coinbase, saying account is restricted until you answer these questions - they want to know how much you make, net worth - supposedly a government requirement?? anyone have a platform they use that keeps their nose outta your business?

Technically I sorta like how XRP functions. It is very cheap to use and fast. But the fact that a company owns 40% of the tokens and they can freeze your assets makes it the opposite of what crypto is supposed to be.

I honestly think all crypto is more controlled than we are lead to believe. I have a hunch with XRP, going to ride it out and see.

Something is going on, thats for sure.

You’re aware that anyone can write a memo on a transaction right?

WIth this scenario who hold the keys to the crypto? bitstamp? If so I'm not interested. I've been rug pulled before, this seems almost to good to be true.
