plain and simple ... I'm addicted
paleo diet and all (w some slight moderation to whole grains)
there is no better feeling, how you feel AFTER a WOD

so, anyone else doing this?

if there is enough people doing it, we should post our WOD's and/or times

i think its time to eat a big sloppy bacon/ cheese burger :)

believe it or not o_O, this food is supported by the Paleo diet
just take out the cheese and bun and you can eat burgers and bacon everyday!!!

Also in need of a support group :)

awesome!
man A LOT of views but only one reply ... crazy

more of you that "hit the gym" daily or even weekly, need to check out your local crossfit
this type of workout is more than just a few arm curls and bench presses
its a whole body workout, that relates to everyday movements

google Crossfit or watch some youtube vids on it - HERE is a link to the Crossfit games (Grand Prize for the winner is $1 mil)
its amazing and TRUELY addicting - more so than anything else, I do, like golf of sledding
it's all i think about everyday, wake up and first thing I do is check the WOD

heres a vid that the guys will like, BUT ... I watched this with my wifey and i tell you what
I guarantee there isnt a guy on this forum that could do this workout in the time they do, same weights etc.. (unless of course you are a beast and DO go to crossfit ... then maybe ;) )

We don't have a "cross fit" gym here but there is a girl who does boot camp. Basically same thing - interval type training. I loved it and certainly changed my life. The only thing bad is having to buy all new clothes. Need to get back at it though - I run 3-4 times a week but just not the same. Nothing like the drenched shirt at the end of it. Ours was 5:30-7:00 M-F so finished by 7. Hard to make them all unless im in the office though.

Sorry top inform you but Crossfit is dying. Lots of the gyms are closing down and people are moving to healthier training. Lots of the guys I work with did it, one even owned a gym, have moved on to different things.

I understand the Paleo diet, just dont agree with it. I also think it is a fad.

Eat healthy well proportioned meals and maintain a level of physical activity and you will feel good and look they way you should.

Do your meals being health and proper portions turn out on shift? Remember desert.

Guess ill agree to disagree with you
dying? Not even close.......Crossfit has never been bigger and stronger and its only growing
heathier training? .... IMO doesnt exist elsewhere
ANY other form of training is a walk in the park compared to this

PaleO diet a fad? How so? U do realize this "diet" is over 2,000,000 years old right?
Obviously u dont understand it

But like i said..... Agree to disagree and to each their own

We eat pretty good at work. And desert never counts towards anything, its a hall pass.

Being from the 306, I guess this proves the fact that you are about 4 years behind the 403/780. It may be picking up there, but dying out here. Lots of workouts are difficult, P90X was a trend that was difficult and popular; what happened to it?

Agree to disagree, but you drank the kool-aid.

I don't believe in diets. I believe in a lifestyle. Anyone who diets usually is a yoyo. It's not permanent. Everything in moderation. Train according to what you want out of life. All the different training produce different results. Im
no pro in this area. Only my observation over the last few years. I've been able to cut down from 220 to my latest personal best 179 beginning of August. I feel great
