While traveling into the corbin mines staging area on thursday we had a cprail service truck traveling in front of us, about half a k in on the road the passenger decided to throw his garbage out the window, i have the unit # of the truck and have attempted to contact cprail with little success, would of stopped to say something but they went off to a service road. Nice work whom ever you were...........

you could phone the police as well and give them the unit number. they might get cps attention.
if they followed up on it anyways.
