Well........i got a phone call on thursday night last week saying everyone but a couple managers were all laid off from Cover-All buildings. I worked in the engineering department as a draftsman and i have to say i am DAMN lucky i started at a different company on March 1st. I was getting info on how bad it was getting from the ones that were left and after literally being on the internet for months straight should have been a sign sales were down, they have a law suit on their hands and alot of building upgrades and recalls.....and this had alot to do with the reason i left. I was sick of doing nothing and when there was work it was just busy work and i found a great new job with a boss that loves snowmobiling as much as i do.

well it was hard to think about all the people that got laid off. alot of couples worked there....it would be hard having two incomes taken away from a house hold let alone one with no severance pay. 400 workers in saskatoon and 84 world wide were out of jobs friday and alot have been working at the company for years and dont have alot of options. As much as i couldnt stand the place the people were great and they were truly affected by the lay off.

Hopefully you were not the one that engineered the Dallas cowboy training facility....yikes!!!
