CHED said they "disabled" 3 excavators, just didn't give details as to how..... If they felt they needed to do something I'm not sure why they did not simply cut the battery cables - fairly inexpensive fix but difficult to jerry rig without the proper parts..... spray foam in the fuel lines and the removal if filters is a little....no a lot much

I would be curious to know if any of the protesters who have been there for a couple weeks now know the people who were arrested, or if the vehicle that guns/ammo/armour were in have been there all along or if they were planted or inserted by government to justify the use of aggression.

Either scenario would not surprise me, I'm sure there are some folks with "extreme" views down there but I would also not put it past the government to plant bad actors and props.
