I fully support freedom of speech and lawful protests. That said blocking highways, borders, bridge crossings, etc. is in no way lawful. Fact is it's childish, juvenile and selfish. These protestors say this is about Freedom, huh, seriously. Go live in China, Russia, Belarus if you think you aren't free enough. Look what happened to the 2 Michaels in China.
Maybe the problem is you enjoy too much freedom here in Canada. You got to make your own decisions to vax or not. No one held you down for a jab. Maybe Mommy and Daddy did when you got your measles, polio shots, etc. when you were children. But you chose to not wax and knew the the consequences. The restrictions are being lifted right across our country and not a moment too soon. Peace Out

Do you know they have had millions of people marching in Toronto for 2 years already? If you do it’s pretty rare cause it hasn’t hit the 6 o’clock news once ever!! WTF are we supposed to do? This is the only time it’s hit the main stream

well i haven't seen the names of those arrested yet? so i will wait for judgement, from what Ottawa convoy heads are saying the Coutts truck / farm convoy is not organized or run by Ottawa convoy? also rumours that the coutts police went straight to the vehicle with the guns, all the guns are supposedly stolen? now anyone have any idea who might have a large supply of stolen guns nearby? who in Ottawa is trying to enable the emergency act and might just need a few guns appear in a convoy, surprisingly on the same day Ottawa had a similar event? so the news claimed 11 were arrested in coutts, how many may have been undercover POPO? lots of questions and Tru-d is notorious in not providing answers! no way to know anything is truthful!

Your view of many people just taking it with a smile is not a fair presentation of the whole situation...Canadians pulling their pants down and taking it....your view is slightly skewed to one side. You guys had TONS of support when this started but as this went from a protest to an occupation, its gotten down right ridiculous. Like I said from the beginning, you want to change the government, protest in their backyard or at their constituency offices. But shutting down our economy by stopping border traffic for this many days is plain wrong. Once you start affecting other tax payers, who also have rights like you, the support will decrease. Remember, others have rights too.
Your excuse to say you are fighting for other peoples rights are becoming less and less believable.

Some of the Premiers, like J Kenney have done all they can. He, like some other Premiers set out a plan of removing restrictions. It CANNOT ALL HAPPEN AT ONCE! We have the Vax passport gone (in Alberta anyways), the mandatory mask wearing law is set to be removed in two weeks. Kenny has no control over the border rules...tha.ts the FEDS. So why continue to embarrass Kenny? He was on your side to get changes made. He's come through on what what asked for on what he has control over!
Now what is happening at the Coutts border, don't expect the rest of Canada to support? Guns, body armour??? Whether this was planted or not...no longer matters....most Canadians are turning against you.

Go block Parliament in Ottawa...fill up that area...Get rid of the f'n bouncy castles and hottubs and band stages FFS! eventually Trudeau will be forced to swallow his pride and speak to the group, But blocking borders and residential neighborhoods?.... not cool anymore.

I have never, nor intend to vote Liberal. Born here and lived here all my 60 ish years. Just because I maybe look at both sides of the situation and critique where i see issues, you are going to judge that I am un-Canadian?? You are sounding like your Prime Minister right now, he is calling you guys blocking the border un-Canadian.

Neighborhoods are being affected in Ottawa. One of the organizers said early in. "our fight is not with the people of Ottawa, it is with the Federal Govt".

I expect Law/Order to be restored by "We the People" and should very well punt all politicians to "Curbside" and install people that work for "We the People" not the clown Corporation!! But with comments like this to State run media that is just ludicrous.

You know, I am not there...Maybe my point here is weak.....and if it is I apologize.
I am only going by a media report earlier where the mayor of Ottawa was trying to cut a deal with the "truckers" to move out of neighborhoods and move into the Parliament area. The mayor was saying it will go a long way in working with the city.
