I totally agree that teachers should be as neutral as possible, but in reality it’s the parents responsibility to make sure their kids are taught the values that the family holds. JMO

How is it disruptive? There should be an aid to help, if there isn't then it's an administrative issue and parents need to fight the battle for one. I've seen this and Problem is not enough parents getting involved.

So every single class should have an aid, 2 teachers per class, paid by the tax payer? I'm sympathetic to the cause, but that is ridiculous. If your child is not at that grade level, you shouldn't be in that grade. If your child has a learning disability, your child should be grouped with similar kids so teachers with the proper education to handle it can educate them.

My kids teacher was pouting in class asking the kids to raise their had to who's parents voted UPC, how unprofessional could you imagine if a first responder acted like that.Shes a lazy bad teacher of course,and she's getting reported to the principle or higher up if need be.

What do you mean "need be" do it anyway, especially if there have been past issues with this teacher.

Educators now feel that parents have no right to know what is being done or taught to their children. Look at the GSA bull$hit. You parents need to quit worrying, shut your mouths and mind your business. Education is up to the teachers,not parents.

Man, the Alberta party "vote split" at a glance cost 12-14 UCP seats.... Mostly in Edmonton ...They had 170k votes province wide but were quite strong in Edmonton.
