Is anyone planning to go to UCP nomination day for Edmonton Decore on Thursday? I have some questions regarding land use in to Janice Sarich and plan to head to the Brewhouse tonight to meet Gord Reekie. ...no idea as of yet which of these two, if any, has our interests at heart.

looks like Nutley is trying to distance herself from one of her BFF's, in an attempt to fool Alberta voters.

Here they are protecting the oil sands together.

Sadly it doesn't take much to fool Alberta voters. Her approval rating went up 6 points in the last 3 months because of her 'tough stance' on the pipeline and her grandstanding against joining the federal carbon tax plan. Idiots applaud her while there is no mention of how she has been gouging us already for a bigger carbon tax grab.

yup we are stuck with her 30% carbon tax, but she makes a big grand stand no more carbon tax unless we get the Tmp pipeline, what a blatant POS, who elected this dirtbag?

Don't believe the polls. There are pollsters out there asking only certain demographics. We will see when election time comes. The UCP will win in a landslide.

Agreed. Plus remember the only people at home when the pollsters call typically aren’t the working class, but the chronically unemployed/students/social assistance beneficiaries etc.

Did anyone in this forum get polled? No one I know did. And I don't spend time with liberals/socialists very often. So I think that says something

The only thing that bothers me is the sheeple who don't think for themselves will jump on the NDP bandwagon if it looks like she is popular.

I think people in general that don't run a business only tend to get concerned with politics when they see things affecting their wallet. Everything is going up in price and private sector jobs are being lost due to minimum wage, carbon tax and pretty much every other policy the NDP creates. In general conservative thinking people are quieter, they are not loud mouth and outspoken like liberals who want to push their agenda on everybody else. Conservatives just want to live their life and not be bothered by all this bull****e. The only time they speak their mind is when it's time to vote, you watch it'll be a landslide conservative government
