the fuel programmers for etecs work on top of the etecs stock programmer so they basically only add fuel when the turbo kicks in (past say 2 psi ish) at idle etecs run at like 21.0 a/f and down the trail they will do 26.0 at like 5500 rpm, its only under load where you'll see conventional numbers like 12.8. If you are running 12.8 at wide open then be happy because stock etecs run 13.1 to 13.3 at wide open. I ran a TSS for 2 years and did 6000 km on it, no issues. Dont play with the box talk to tss and see where they set it. Whats happening when you play with the box and adding fuel is the stock computer is seeing excess and cutting down fuel so its happy. The aftermarket injector only deals with beyond stock. PM me if you have questions
