I called to book the cabins for family day weekend but Rauge (spelling?)
said sorry they were booked. We had rented all of the cabins for about 7 years in a row but had not done so the lat 2 years.
So I asked for the next available weekend and told Rauge about the previous rentals I had done there.
Rauge says "Well the cabins are already booked for you, you said you wanted them for family day forever, we have been expecting you back."
What do you say to that except hell ya we're coming!

Guess I know were I'm riding with my daughters and cousins every family day weekend forever!!!!!

That right there, says a lot about the service at Cougar Cabins. Obviously, you are a valued customer and they are treating you as such. Enjoy!!

No.
Two weeks before he let's them go to first on waiting list.
He is a great guy but not nuts.

I've heard lots of good things about this guy, don't think I've ever seen anything super negative about him, good to hear he listened to you when he said you were his forever Family day customer!

I have had two of my cousins confirm their cancellation yesterday so there will be two cabins open for rent this afternoon.
Cabins 1&3 are booked.
