Corbin conditions?

Rode from the town site at corbin today into heart break. Snow was excellent in the trees. Stay off anything steep out there right now as we saw a large slide minutes after it happened. Luckily no one was injured and could class this slide as a 3 easily. HM was the cause. Let's play it safe guys!

Saw the Freeride that was in it at the shop on Monday. It is wrote off and the rider is shook up. There was a pic of the slide posted on the site somewhere by Underdog but can't remember where.

ok Thanks new it was Corbin been to Heartbreak couple times, been to the other area's many times. Great riding in there once we get snow. Starting to look pretty good. Hey Snopro I rode Revy this pass weekend as well.Fri - Sun 2 1/2 days of Blue Bird cleared a bit on sat aft.

We were mostly in the trees with the fresh, untracked snow. Some of the peeps with the new machines sat and watched as they didn't want to scratch those pretty sleds up so early in the year.

Went to corbin on saturday. not much fresh snow, but tons of surface hoar. Could make for a fairly unstable layer, have to keep an eye on it if a big storm hits soon.

Amazing blue bird day though, nice n warm.
