With any luck I'll have a red-neck family member with me.. ehhehe many gun nuts in my extended family... as well as a few friends. I will be looking for that Mossberg MVP LC if they have any.

That's where I took my PAL.... mostly underwhelmed with them. I looked at one used gun they had... and was told they do not even verify it will fire... but they are fine to sell it to me, to take the chance..... like seriously what a joke. Especially since they have a f'n range right there. /grumpy

Have you checked online for the status? It may have been a coincidence .. but it seemed like when I checked the status of mine online, it "kickstarted" them in to processing it... and I had a like a week later.

Yeah. I've checked daily, and it seems like it's not even in their system yet, as it comes back with that message. I only mailed it 2 weeks ago tho. I just wanna go gun shopping, that's all.

Me too honestly.. I've been "window shopping" since November when I took the courses. I still haven't bought anything.......... may have to wait even longer now, as I just bought a new "summer toy".

Mine got stuck in limbo for awhile when I got my restricted because I put a Visa Debit number in the credit card box for payment. Of course they did not call to tell me this. After I got that sorted I had my restricted card in my hand in 10 days.

Gun show was pretty awesome, some really interesting stuff hiding around there. It's amazing how many vendors and people show up for this around Canada. Some decent buys there for used firearms. Still on for tomorrow for those that didn't make it.

Got some decent priced 5.56 ammo for my new Sig. First time at this show and was impressed. I thought it was packed but my brother in law said not even close. Way down from previous years. I'd still bet the Bike and Boat Shows would be envious of that crowd anyways.

Pretty simple I think. I ordered it through Prophet River, gave them all my info, and when it cleared they sent it out. Just have sign for it when delivered. My beretta I received back in Feb. was delayed because I forgot to give them the name of the range that I was a member at. Other then that hiccup, all's good. Rifles you just pack well and ship.
