Did anyone see that car turning the corner and just ran over the standing guy how did they not see him. Also no one seems to go over and see if these people are ok they just stand looking.

On a sad note, there is video from China causing a global uproar......a toddler being hit, vehicle takes off, toddler left and no one helping, toddler hit again, people walk on by. Eventually a woman pulls the kid to the side. Sick!

I lived in Richmond for a number of years, it was actually safer to walk on the road to avoid the cars running you over on the sidewalks.

I did happen to catch that story about the child in China today, like WTF! "me sorry me no see you"

The guy getting hit at 2:00, you would have thought it was stagged, but its not.

its like the population is so big they treat humans like nothing I am so amazed.... just watch this vid below a 2 year old girls lays on road and 18 people walk passed before giving any help,, It so sad that others people well being means absolutely nothing

I typically laugh at other`s misery, but that was phucked up!!!
