I bought my little guy a chinese quad a couple years ago but haven't taken him out on any bush rides till last weekend. He has done lots of riding in feilds and open areas where there is no sticks and small stumps. When we were riding in the bush, he hit a small stump and knocked the front tire off of the rim. It doesn't look like the tires are on the rim very good. Any recommendations, short of putting inner tubes in to keep the tires on the rims in rougher ridding situations? Tire size is 145/70-6".

theres no problem with the tires. its the rim. with that size of rim. they rarley put a proper bead on them. just fill the tires with a little more air then what they reccomend. and they will stay on better.

When we went out for the last ride had a little more then was required....ok at least 8 lbs of air not 4 lbs. Still came off on one of the tires. If I put more then 10 lbs in it might make it a little bouncey for the little guy. HMMM... might be putting in the tire tubes:(:dunno:
