It seemed that skidoo had the problem with exhaust bolts loosening off finally fixed. Never had a problem with any of my 13 XM but checked today on my T3 and ALL of the PTO side bolts were gone:eek:.

Mine came off pto side around the 700km mark. Thought maybe the turbo was what caused the issue, but after reading this, I am not so sure.

Happened to me this season too. Think they forgot the loctite or something?

Loctite and nordlock washers and that'll solve the problem.

Are you sure they're not just $hitty bolts that are stretching and coming loose? I would look into a higher grade bolt.

Loctite and nordlock washers and that'll solve the problem.

Stainless steel Nordlock washer are the way to go.

Loctite is useless in an exhaust application. The highest temp loctite begins to break down at 340C and standard blue and red at 150C. Check out page six of this document:

Mine wiggled out on the MAG side this weekensd. About 600km after a dealer service, and they do re-torque them.

This must be a 15my issue cause I know of a freeride that had loose exhaust bolts.
