Changing Alpha primary on the hill

We have a pulled and a spare clutch I have pulled lots of Polaris primary clutches Does the cat ones pop off nice ?

Mine was a pain in the arsh to get off. Bent my puller so tried the water and oil trick and then it popped off.

Ok we just took one off a spare it came off ok. We will bring a propane torch with us just in case.

If it's a newer Cat with the bearing in the centre you may not accomplish much with a torch. Take some teflon tape and water to assist the puller if necessary.

My 18 I tried water first but didnt go but once I added some oil then it flew off.
