The wife and I went out yesterday and unloaded at Cataract and put on 90 km all over and had a great day. We found lots of fresh deep snow and had good fun on the trails. The valley bottom was thin but I have seen way worst so all in all a great day. On a side note a couple of guys were out in a Tyrex SxS with tracks and roughed up some areas but they did leave later on once they realized they are not really aloud, but they did put on quite a few miles.
Nice meeting you on the trails today SledderGlen! Look forward to running into you again when I'm back down in a few weeks.

Our group also came across the two gentleman with the SxS with tracks and I was very straight forward and told them they are not allowed. They turned around right after I talked to them and were worried I was going to report them. I told them I would not but told them if they get caught by the authorities, they could have their machine taken. They said they saw the signs but figured if the two guys with the snow bike were allowed, they were. They were at least 20km in from Cataract loading zone when they turned around.
Thanks for chatting with them and letting them know.On a side note a couple of guys were out in a Tyrex SxS with tracks and roughed up some areas but they did leave later on once they realized they are not really aloud, but they did put on quite a few miles.

Test drive tomorrow. We did a bunch of modification to our lightweight drags to see if we can get some more out of them as grooming drags. Snow is better but getting moguled up a bit. We will see
is the club going to setup a residence out there for you soon?
Good idea Tyler beats the 4hr drive every day. May need to build a cabin way in the back for a groomer operator house.
