Well a buddy and myself went out for a ride there today. Realy nice weather for a ride. We went south and then west. Not realy enough snow in the cutblocks yet to play in.Trails were ok. Some spots are bumpy on trail......

Well i found one little fairly step hill with snow on it. I started to go up it and the snow started moving.It wasnt realy bad but kinda scared me when the snow brakes down 1 foot thick and your going up and not looking back.It had to be 30 feet wide. But only slid down about 2 feet.There were lots of cracks above after the fact......... anyway

For the guys going to play on the big hills tomorrow keep that in mind. This was a little one. Ride safe.

Just goes to show how unstable some of the snow is with that faceting underneath it. Thanks for the pics.

Do you remember what way the slope faces?( N,NE,E,SE ect.) Just curiuos.

This would have been facing East im pretty sure.It was wind blown in.......
