A few teaser sleds on the snow this season. Full release for 2025? There would be lots of angry people if they were available now. Well, a couple anyway haha.

860 should be close to 185 hp on independent dyno…
Went to see the new chassis in Wetaskiwin with low expectations. I was blown away how much they improved. The heels of your feet are in front of the drivers now, very rider forward. The new spindles are a work of art. The M has elevated spindles. The Cat rep was saying all the wash out tendencies of the Alpha are gone with the changes.

I was hoping it had a turbine on the exhaust, maybe there is more to be released?

Maybe. If not a guy could add one on if they wanted.

“You just have to ride it, it works just as good as the Turbo R because of the attack angle and shock lockout”

Factory boost or not, IMO Cat is back in the game. Which is a good thing and hopefully these sleds are not limited build and lots of them get on the snow and they are a success.
The old 800 cat engine worked very well and is mod friendly. More Displacement and a new chassis, if cat keeps pushing forward without going stale on development, it could get interesting.

I cant wait to see them walking all over the 900R, Boost, and Doo Turbo-R in 2 years. Sure hope Polaris and Doo don't call their engineers back work in the mean time.

I'm all for some heathy competition and hope for the best, but I would not say they are back in the game. They are "trying" to release a sled to compete 2019 lineup in 2025.

Easy there Maxy. Pretty sure of all the brand loyal guys in this industry, us “die hard Cat guys” are far and away the least vocal and the least blindfolded to our brand’s shortcomings.

I didn’t get 20,000 posts on here by taking it easy it’s not much, but it’s honest work
