Look at the crap BC is doing, we are the worst Province in Canada now.

Attention BC residents- Bill 31 is draconian and extreme
⚠️
Section 76 allows the Minister to suspend property rights under the guise of mitigating an emergency. It also allows for warrantless entry under that same pretense. Furthermore, the Minister is able to order that property be destroyed including crops. By this logic, food supply would not be secure either.Land and other property76 (1) The minister may, by order, do one or more of the following:(a) appropriate, use or control the use of any personal property;(b) use or control the use of any land;(c) authorize the entry without warrant into any structure or onto any land by any person for the purpose of taking emergency measures;(d) prohibit the entry into any structure or onto any land by any person;(e) authorize or require the alteration, removal or demolition of any trees, crops, structures or landscapes;(f) authorize or require the construction, alteration, removal or demolition of works;(g) require the owner of a structure to(i) have any damage to the structure assessed, and(ii) give the results of the assessment to the minister or a person in a class of persons specified by the minister.(2) The power under subsection (1) (b) to use or control the use of land does not apply to specified land.Section 78 would give the Government the power to restrict travel and movement, shut down businesses, and various events. This greatly parallels what happened from 2020 to 2022. The difference here is that the excuse isn’t a disease….78 (1) The minister may, by order, control or prohibit one or more of the following:(a) travel to or from any area;(b) the carrying on of a business or a type of business;(c) an event or a type of event.(2) The minister may, by order, do one or more of the following:(a) require a person to stop doing an activity, including an activity that a person is licensed, permitted or otherwise authorized to do under an enactment;(b) put limits or conditions on doing an activity, including limits or conditions that have the effect of modifying a licence, permit or other authorization issued under an enactment.

I plan to remove myself from this communist state permanently before 2030. The agenda has just only started to turn its wheels…

You will own nothing! carbon tax is designed to rid you of whatever money you have so that we are all on universal basic income which will be digitally monetary controlled while restricting us to our 15 min cities….Figure out what’s happening to this country before it’s to late! BYE!

Is there a safe place to move though? Have thought about this a bit. Many things I love about BC, but the direction it (as well as Canada, and our local municipalities) is scary. Not sure where things are going to be better

Most importantly, somewhere you can get a working visa or permanent residency status. To live long term. Some countries, like in the Caribbean, have citizenship by investment. But if you had that kind of money, you wouldn't need to leave in the first place.

By state I mean country! Canada is not safe no matter which political party runs it as it is not a democracy. Democracies don’t operate on behalf of a monarchy as per our government and legislation.

No one was crying that the sky was falling pre 2015 when Trudeau came into power. We haven’t seen this much unrest in this country since his father was in power. They are and were dictators. I expect a lot of this will die down quite a bit after he loses power.

There will still be crap. Climate change is one and how to deal with it. I prefer technology to taxation. I mean think about it. He takes your money through taxation then gives it back? Really? How many beurocrats are getting paid to launder that scam? How do I lower my carbon footprint? We farm as clean as we possibly can with current technology. I have to drive 4 miles round trip for my mail. Same for bread and milk. I have to drive 2 hours round trip to get good groceries. I drive 1 hr round trip for farm parts. I drive 2 hour round trip to see my grandkids. For the slob that lives in downtown hippyville Edmonton they have no need for a car. Everything is within 2 blocks. Problem is those are the people making policy.

I suggest you study the Soviet/Russian communism rule, and tell me the difference.
