Our government should have been paying attention to things that matter, not mens tampons, Ukraine, and pride parades. We should have not been relying on USA for military protection, we should have had our own, now we are going to pay for it. I’m hoping zelensky will chip in for us now…

I doubt it. Common excused used by oil companies Like Imperial Oil is that their is no money to be made in refining.

Not with the current government, O'Leary said it takes 9-10 years to get a permit to build anything like a refinery or a mine. And with the current 2030 agenda who's going to build a refinery with no long term sales?

The only bargaining chip Canada has against US tariffs is Albertas oil. After 9 years of Trudeau screwing over Alberta, Trudeau now says alberta should take a united stand with Canada, for the first time in 9 years he does not want to piss on Alberta, but he wants to blame them for the tariffs, a prime example of ,,,reap what you sow
