Lots of talk and no real amount of effort from you. Go down and give it a try. You seem to know everything about everything so life should be easy for you.

My guess is your the all talk and no action type of fellow and when things don't go your way it's someone else's fault.

I dont know what any of that has to do with alberta joining the usa? But i suspect you are talking about your self there lol

I think that those who want to join the US should go down and live there, report back what it's really like.

I have spent a considerable amount of time down south and you won't catch me wishing I was American

I currently have three friends living down there and all of them prefer it over Canadanstan…… by far actually, they will not come back and live in Canada again

It is easy unless you have a criminal record for weapons, assault or drugs.

My ol man did time for all 3 and still crosses with no hassle on a investment visa.

Its not that simple, especially if you want to work or kids for schooling. We looked into moving to Montana a few years ago and its a hassle.

Interesting you mention this , I have a cousin and 3 other friends who moved to the USA years ago and will never want to live in Canada again.

My brother and his wife spend the maximum snowbird allowed time in the states every year for over 15 years.
Actual freedom, waaay lower overall taxes, houseing and health care kick the ch!t out of anything in Canada.
Had his heart surgery done there.
3 days to see specialist and 2 wks later surgery done - yes they have insurance. Was estimated another 6-9 month wait in Canada after the one year he had already waited.
Private and public healthcare systems can work together.
I like Canada but to many of those new ones here, future is unrecoverable.
The best answer........... unknown at this time, but we're on a bad road.

Look at all this freedom! https://www.hardcoresledder.com/threads/mn-bans-the-sale-of-youth-motorsports.1895665/

Ya I wouldn't look into what Minnesota does as an example of the the US. Buddy I work with live there and said one of the worst states there is, basically Somalia. He put it something like "you know all the pirates from the Captain Phillips movie, ya they all came from Minnesota".

Apparently Maine and New Hampshire following suit on banning kids OHV's. Always figured Maine was pretty free with lots of rednecks. I'm partial to the US South but not much sledding there and very little public land.

Yep the left voted her in, then I think she put a ban on all the pride stuff and the + community. So that part was funny.
