can am outty 650 making clicking noises!?

i was riding in some fairly deep water and when i got out of the water i heard a clicking noises coming from the front likek the winch or something? waht could it be?

Still doing it when it's dry?Is it clicking all the time or only with the key on/running?

be sure its coming out of the front this summer we were out with a buddy and his 06 and we heard a clicking and thought it was the front turned out it was a bushing on the rear axle
