We were driving our Polaris UTV yesterday and the front drivers side track hit a hard cat tail stob and fell off to the inside. Is there a way to replace the track with out having the UTV hauled in?

I think you'd have to remove that track system all together and reassemble it seperately then bolt it back on. See if you can find an assembly schematic and go from there.

We were able to get the track off and drove it onto the trailer without the track with no problems. If anyone has a how to install the track for the Camoplast that is easy to follow so we could get it back on that would be great.

Hi Soilman
Its easy,
!.Loosen the track tension bolt, its just like the one on a snowmobile
2. Pop the centre caps off the front large wheels, this will expose the bolts that keep these wheels on, remove the bolts, the wheels will now come off with Some Work.
3. With the wheels off you can now put the track back on, replace the wheels and tighen the bolts and adjust the track tension.
In the manual Camoplast indicated you should carry all the tools you used to install the tracks. Thats a good tip. Plus a jack, and a chain saw to cut a tree down so you can cut out a block of wood to place under the utv after you jacked it up ETC.ETC.

Don
See you on the trails
