Im from Medicine Hat and ride the Corbin area mostly.
Hit me up if your planning a trip. We could meet up and ride for the day.

To those guys in their first year. I'm not sure if there are still spots available, but the Ride with Chris Brown clinic would be an awesome idea for you. There is one in Golden the first weekend in Feb, and it would be a great spot for you to learn some new skills and gain lots of confidence. I did it last year in my first year and it completely changed the way I ride. Polished up some skills I already had, learned lots of new ones, and my confidence for my riding went through the roof. I'll be going to the Golden one that weekend as well, maybe early the Friday morning to get an extra day of riding in before the weekend.

Creepy how close people can live to you haha. I'm in the same boat being my first year and living near Balzac. Heading to quartz this weekend if anyone is wanting to join. Send me a pm.

Hello Ogio, I live an hour and a bit south of Calgary, grew up in the Fernie area, so that's the stomping grounds, unless there's snow on the eastern slopes. Actually really love the pass, and that's where I buy my seasons trail pass. I'm a bit of a newbie myself, I don't know or ride with anyone from the site, but I think I've actually run into some of them out on the trails without knowing it. I'm thinking that when I'm talking to people out there, I'm going to have to start asking if they're members on here. I'm a big advocate of the Crowsnest Club, I think they do a fine job, and the area is an awesome place for all skill levels, and fantastic when the chinooks quit and it snows.
