and for the city boys, when running a stubble field, with round bales, especially those wrapped in white, they ain't no snow drift to launch off. had a couple customers that incurred sled damage trying to launch those big drifts.

have a niece that tried to drive a quad thru one as well saw it in the cartoons thought it would be fun

Diggin this thread up. My dad has 20 acres by Langdon....we've ridden up the Glenmore Trail ditch last week and there's a few nice ditch areas close to him to the South......rippin' fun on the vintage ET340.

Every year there are tracks running on the west side of #2 from the Dewinton (teepee) turn off up to Aldersyde. I have never seen the sleds and wonder what time are these guys riding. I could hear someone riding the ditches right by the sheep river bridge but didn't see them. There are tracks on the sheep river too but I don't know if I'd ride the ice.
I'm going to throw the stock can on my sled and keep a low profile.

yankee valley bl east out of town second range road on the left till you hit a dirt road unload and head into the feilds ride from there to the frist gas bar on #2 play on the inbankments for the overpasses like to test out before i drive 3-5 hours to find out it isn't going to work right

Sounds good, I am going to try and get to airdrie registries tonight before they close, finish up a bit of wiring, and maybe go play on Saturday, or maybe even Thursday after work.
