Ask them what continent/country their machining comes from.I have a lot of Specialty Motorsports branding going on on my sled, they also service it....id like to stick to C3 and support local...i just cant afford new right now. thanks tho.
what are the gear ratios you have? I have the 174 but you have peaked my interest.

I’ll get it out tonight and take pics of it all.

This for a T3 so 7T 3.00 pitch driver. That is 2.44:1 and the 6 tooth 3.5 pitch driver is only 21" in circumference where the traditional 2.86" driver with 8 teeth is 22.88" circumference, so the resulting compared gearing is 2.444444 / .92 = 2.65:1 which is pretty low. SKi-doo keeps going lower and lower to reduce belt heat but once you get above the center point in the primary sheave you start reducing contact in the secondary. Not an ideal way to deal with the problem in my opinion. Polaris 174 is 2.52:1 and is great.
Or did you say it was a 3" pitch track? I guess you may have 7 tooth driver? I can work that out for you too.
Chris
I disagree and I can prove it. Oh wait 3" x 7" is still 21" circumference.
