As far as I recall you can pull in as early as Wednesday at Noon.

Alright our plan is to leave Thursday morning from brooks pick up my trailer from red deer and stock it with food at Costco(4-5 hours all said and done.) Then head to Camrose. Any idea how long it will take us to get in the gate?

Varies a bit year to year. With the new setup it goes quite a bit quicker. If your here early/mid afternoon it should be pretty quick
