That's awesome! Where did you find that toy?
Thx. I'm not sure where I got the Die Cast Sled. It's been sitting around for a long time. It is what inspired me to build the truck kit and I scratch built the sled deck/clamps. I'm going to keep my eye open at hobby shops now for another 1/25th scale sled. Need to fill void on the deck :).

2 Sleds on a half ton. You're opening up a can of worms on here! Make sure you install airbags!!!

Very nice work! I know i lack the patience to do detailed work like that.
THX LOL. I thought it took the weight of one sled pretty good  . I am just getting back into this, took a long break from it. I find it very relaxing. Some others I have done.. I'll pretty much build anything and love the scratch building or modifying. The crop sprayer from the cab back is 100% scratch built.

. Thx. Yes all styrene (plastic). The odd time I'll use brass or copper tube for exhaust systems and soldier works fantastic for making headers.

The truck and sled deck now have a new home! Randall from Superclamp took a liking to the build. I had something he wanted and he had something I needed so it all worked out great!!! I modified the build for him, removed the deck and replaced it with wood so the Superglides I added would show up better. I also added Superglides to the ramp. He has one very impressive die cast collection so he had two sleds to finish off the build. Was kind of hard to see it go after all the time I spent on it but after seeing Randall's "show room" I know it's in good hands. It was great meeting you Randall. I was very impressed with not only your showroom but the story behind the Superclamps, how they evolved, all the R&D that has gone into them. Now if you will excuse me I have some installing to do ;-)
