Sprayer tire grabber , I put a couple 12v solenoids on it and the skid steer plug in so I can just push joystick button and rotate tire

Most of the different projects I’ve built over the years
A road boss clone for my own use in driveway and bin yards
Custom front bumper for the pro
Hitch on a guys packer and capped the drum so vibrator works still ( added hyd wheels for transport since)
Weight frame for semi put 3 cement blocks on for towing air drills. Also did a heavy duty hitch on truck
Bale fork frame with built in sleeves to convert to pallet fork set up. - getting hyd adjust when I get to it.
Zoom boom basket for brothers lift. 5x12
5 gal pail carrier- brother buys a lot of paint from sherwin Williams. Guys treat him great anyway got talking about this thing they are like $400 to buy so I built another one for them
Chem handler on tandem. Had the extra valve still from drill fills so made it go up and down via hyd. Made it much nicer for filling

Currently finishing up a fuel trailer skid that ties down vs permanent mount
And start on step deck water tender trailer build

Lots of great stuff comes out of the Praries in the winter. You have a lot of pride in your work. It shows in the final product.

Especially our good neighbors to the east. They all spend their winters in their shops inventing. A lot of great ideas have come out of Saskabush

Can anyone recommend or even anyone here build aluminum slip tanks around Edmonton? Need one to fit under box cover and also have rambox so need something custom around 75 gallons.

Well good friend has welding shop in town right now (opened 2 yrs ago) he has plasma table now and industrial metal brake, 6’ roller. I’m sure I’ll come up with something to build. New shop could take up some time to get set up lol

I had on my plans to get my old sickle bar refurbished and transformed into a hedge trimmer mounted on skid steer
Same idea as my tire grabber. Hyd drive with 12v valves for angle and offset adjust
If it works well I may try to buy a snowblower valve block from Parker. That way could adjust while cutting.

Last week I gave my hired man’s old post pounder some upgrades. (Old linden manual tilts, pto drive pump)Nothing fancy as he wouldn’t let me spend to much time
Added some frame work and uprights to carry posts
Beefed up the hitch and added 12” of offset so easier to use with tractor
Threw on 2 princess auto cylinders for the tilt adjustment with restricted orfice’s so it’s slow
he had valve block laying in shop.
Friend with welding shop also has hyd hose, crimper so I made up all new hoses too.

Mid afternoon project today. They went to a 5 piece nozzle and once they get dirt in them you can’t turn the inside piece fully to remove or install so have to disassemble and clean the track . 216 of these bodies on the sprayer so was worth the 90 min to make it.

This is my shop equipment I built. 60 ton break, added a hydraulic ram to my tubing bender, made a base for my lathe so I could level it, geared down my bandsaw to cut steel so had to make a cover for the larger pullies, my Tig cart, the start of my welding table, and I converted my drill press into a milling machine.(but that could be a thread all on its own)
