woops sorry bout that one cyle i see their units have a floor option the ones we looked at came on skids with floor,every second floor joist doubled up, and where very close to the same price. as these ones without the floor.

Trust me, based on material cost those prices are crazy. The most expensive thing in a garage is the big door. A 20x20 minus the garage door, has less then $3,000 in material, while someone will charge you $9,000-$10,000.

Just about finished this 40x56 shop. Sure jealous of it, 16' walls

Not sure if any of you local colonies build sheds, but the Morinville Hutterite Colony custom builds sheds for about $10/sq ft. They also deliver. Very good quality work on the ones I've seen.

Then you can spend your bonding time working on the inside.

There was 4 of them 2 with lofts insulated finished inside 11K each 1 uninsulated unfinished inside I think 8K and the "bunglow" style 1 went for i think 6k it was all finished
