Honestly I rode one and wasn't that impressed. I fully expected to be... but wasn't. I guess I will stick with my slightly modded cat ..

Yup... throttle response is awesome. Power is about the same as my jaws piped cat. (Which makes sense if you look at what the 850 has vs the properly tuned piped Suzuki)
But... my Sled is 40lbs lighter than stock, 35inch front end, 170hp and has the 3 inch post forward kit (skidoo steering). So Im basically riding a fat body 850 lol. God damn chitty cat panels.

sure alot of people switching teams after riding the new 850. switching riding teams that is not their sexual orientation

Ya I heard the same thing. People are saying the 850 can't make up for the goofy steering, wobbly and saggy rear skid and poor geometry so are switching to sleds that are built properly.

Thanks for the warning, I was going to try a ride a doo but if I'm going to switch teams of my sexual orientation after riding a 850 I'll stick to my current brand. Now all these gender confused people looking for bathrooms makes more sense, was a lot of people got tricked into demo rides last year.

Hi Maxwell! I got a chance to ride the 850 last weekend and I WAS impressed! Power if smooth and solid with definitely more than my Axys, still not quite as narrow feeling but getting close. G4 seemed to really pop out of the snow much better too when about to get stuck in deep powder and the seat was much better than the couch cushion on a T3. Overall a great step forward for Doo!

If you were riding your brother's sled, I can fully see why you wouldn't admit to "being impressed".............................lol

I heard rumours that Ski-doo is going to start selling quality built sleds some year.

Thought that I heard this, but my hearing is not that good these days, Ha

Sweetheart... you don't have to over compensate to convince us of your sexual orientation. I told you before. I accept you the way you are... Love you unconditionally even though you ride a Doo!

Merry Christmas Sir Maxwell!

Good thing you clarified that, at first I thought maybe you were talking Alberta politics.

Don't believe everything you read on the internet. Haters are going to hate. There really isn't that many people having issues. I know 2 different dealers. One hasn't seen any belt issues yet and the other has seen a few that were resolved by pulling foam and installing some custom venting on the side panel.

The 850 is the best handling snow-machine i've ever ridden hands down-
