Figured I would bring this thread back to life and post up a couple new pics as Its been a while since the last update...I'm just about ready to go for another season. Could not be happier with this sled and how it performed last year. Really looking forward to another great season on this sled

A short list of new parts added:

Eliminated all the grey from the sled
Panels Vented
Tank console vents
Raptor Tripple Rate front Springs
ZBROZ 38" Arms
Boost It rear bumper with tunnel reinforcements
Shortened the RSI bars up a little more and installed factory pro taper hooks
Adjustable Fly racing riser
Skinz / Fly Front bumper (on order)
Powder coated spindles black
Powder coated hood screens black
Powder coated seat bracket white
Currently in the middle of installing my custom wrap

Got most of the decals put on now, still have a couple left to do, wow is it ever time consuming! Looks easy at first but nope, trying to get the tunnel pieces on and lined up perfect was a nightmare but got it done

Love your sled, man! Have you thought about powder coating the rails? I think with the black and white colour scheme, it would look fantastic with black rails, and keep the white hyfax.

Thanks! Yes it is a work in progress, I've lost track of how many hours we have put into it. Their is a few things I would like to do before this build will be complete and I'm 100% satisfied. I'm currently in the middle of upgrading my skid. Rails and wheels will be next, I will either upgrade to ice age rails or get these rails anodized.

Finally got the wrap all finished, been some long nights working in the garage with good friends. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Tank pieces make it all flow together quite nicely
