Sooooo They got into the ALPINE Then ?? ......HOLY SMOKE !

Ya know there is A LOT of Snow Up Top just because it looks like nothing on the Ground Here , There is Waaaay more UP TOP !

some people i know tried to get into fin creek on the weekend and it took them 2 days just to get into the alpine!! there was only two of them on friday and i think a couple more on sat!

Did they know where they were going? Groundhog is pretty much a trail ride in, and you probably wont get into salmon yet.

ya they knew where they were going!! it took them the first day just to get threw the logging blocks because there was soo much snow! then it took them the next day just to break up threw the trees!

Ok....More Darn Sunshine this Morning.....

Cool one this morning -10 C. Now this Cold Weather will set up that Snow puuuurfect !

They are calling for SNOW Starting this afternoon !

I have My Eye to the Sky !

ya they knew where they were going!! it took them the first day just to get threw the logging blocks because there was soo much snow! then it took them the next day just to break up threw the trees!

Must be riding short tracks. Most of the logging blocks are caribou closure in there. The main trail leads right to the treeline and base. I have broken both sides out many times in deep snow and always made it in. Like I said, they must have not known where they were going. Good to hear the snow was deep though.

On Thursday we attempted to break trail up to Chappel. It was very deep, we didn't like the looks of crossing creek #1 so we followed some just barely visable previous tracks to the left and through a bunch of smaller clearings until we came upon another shady looking creek crossing. It was a full and very fun day!

I had to take Computer to Kamlooops to be fixed after NEW INTERNET !

AS You can tell I am NOT Impressed !

On Wed. We received about 1 Foot in Town

Thur. We went to Kamloops soooo not sure what happened there

Fri. Came back from Kamloops late VERY Windy in Blue River and Cold

Sat. Woke up tp -20 C. Calm

Next report Tonoght after I am done hooking up New Routers I bought ......bear with please....
