I have been having sooooo Much FUN !! this Season !

THANKS TO ALL OF YOU ! For SUPPORTING BLUE RIVER !!

Yahooooooo Mountain BLUE !!!

Blue River received about 8 Inches ...IN Town ...

I here it is phenomenal out there !!!

Avalanche Forecast....

Caribou & Monashee Mountain Ranges as follows...

ALPINE....CONSIDERABLE

TREELINE.....CONSIDERABLE

BELOW TREELINE....MODERATE

The TOUGH PART may be maintaining an awareness of the present situation while resisting the LURE ...of Fresh Snow and Sunny Sky's !

Clues ...such as recent avalanches , whumping and shooting cracks suggest that triggering Slab Avalanches , even from a good distance away on low-angle Terrain , is Probable !

Safe Travel will also depend on exercising Extra Caution such as riding Slopes one at a time and Spotting at a SAFE Location.

If the Decision is made to Travel to the Alpine and Open Treeline areas ( Cutblocks ) ......be Wary !! ...of Wind Slabs that are Northeast through Northwest Side of " Ridge Crust's " ( Cornice ) and Terrain Features ( Terrain Traps ) !!

Don't Forget to Stop over at The Holy Smoke Inn !!

The Boy's were Sledding in Phenomenal Conditions Today !

They Reported that they were in " VIRGIN " POW....

and Yessss.....their but ....puckered !!

All I could see was thier teeth as the Smiles covered their whole Face !!

Well it was pretty warm again today....

The Stars are shining out there sooooo another Steller Day Tomorrow !!

Really watch where the Sun is Shining .....

It may be Ok...in the Morning ...BUT ...

In the afternoon it has had ALOT of SUN ....

Be Careful out there ....

Mother Nature can be Very Unforgiving !!

There are ALOT of SAFE riding areas also !

If You are NOT Sure.....Don't go !

Remember ....LOOK UP...and LOOK DOWN !

It has been Snowing Off & On ALL Day ....Weird Weather We are Having !

Blue River has a Temp. of +1 At night We drop down to -8

We have had these Temp. for the last few Days.

They are calling for Snow on Fri.

I will be Posting more often now !

Well... We still can't see the House across the Street ...The Snow Banks are still that High here in Blue River !

You cant leave from Your door....as they have ALL the Streets Plowed to Bare Pavement.

But You can still leave from the Valley Bottom No Problem !
