i will tell you what i did to get out of my contract, i stoped paying my phone bill finally they cut my phone off so i went to a different company got a new cell. when they called back to say why havent you called us we cut your phone off and you need to pay the balance for us to re activate it. i told them there service sucks and i will pay the balance owing only if you cancel my contract i owed 500 for the phone bill and it was 500 to breach my contract so i had them by the balls . they agreed and i payed the phone bill and the contract was cancelled, oh and it was telus i am with bell now and i have never had a problem. just my little rant
