yeah... this is a crappy situation... trying to make the best of it.. there is alot of ppl that are alot worse then the pics i posted... but even for these ppl it still sucks.

thankfully i live in the higher elevations of the town.

just and update. no new pics yet. will try to get some in the next couple of days.

River level is now at 18.8 Feet. and the output of the dam is at 152,000CFS.

projected rive level is to be 19.2 Feet on thursday of this week.

Our flood forecast has been updated so many time, people just keep adding another foot to the sand bags and dikes every week or two. our crest is now Aug 1 for our lakes.

yeah.. i head that. the water that u r talking about isnt gonna flood bismarck/mandan area.. as that water doesnt get to us.

but your water is gonna flood minot.. they have all ready manditory evacuated 11,000 peple give or take a few.

they are saying that the souris river is gonna up another 9 feet. this flood up their will be the worst flood ever in the history. crushing last floods(1969) record by alot.

went up to the grandparents place last night for gpas 75th bday.

water is up and is sitting at a leve of 18.89 Feet. (flood stage is 16) got some more pics.. some are really crappy cause it was raining and poor visibilty... will get them posted up tonight sometime.

The total we've receieved in the past 3 days, is the normal accumlation for the whole month of may & june!!! Everything is flooding/high water levels everywhere...... It's coming your way

and you guys are gonna get it even worse with all the rain we've had in the past 3 days.............. Most rain ever in a 3 day period in june. yes but its still gonna hit good ol Manitoba. Not good, as our lakes are full, and flooding is happening on all of our water systems.

Wow Kyle!!! I am heading down Saturday for another load of trailers and head right through Minot. My thoughts and prayers go out to you guys!!! It was a lake in Minot three weeks ago, I can only imagine how much worse it has gotten. Take care man!
