Biker Betties???

Hey ladies... Skinnybitch hooked me up with this site. I've been ridin with her since I started which was about 7 years ago... I'm ridin an Outlaw 500 and now have no excuses not to ride!! I moved back to Leduc 2 years ago and knew no one who rode, so I am so excited to hear there are some ladies close who like to tear!! I've already told Skinny I would do everything I can to help out... Have any of you rode out by Drayton? For a day trip it covers alot of terrain, some gravel piles to play on, miles of trail, a couple little jumpin spots, a few spots to do some climbin, some awsome river trails that would be a beautiful spot for some pics... I dunno just a thought and it seems kinda central... only an hour or so outta E town... regardless I am in!! I'm looking forward to some rippin and gettin dirty and of course gettin to meet som awesome ladies!! Hells ya!!

I'm thinking this is going to be our location for the shoot. We are on a tight deadline, especially with our sledding project being in the forefront, so we just need to decide and go!! We are going to need between 6-10 girls. Some waivers signed for liability. Aiming for the 9th or 10th in Drayton Valley... who's in?

I will have some specific requirements for the actual shoot. I want some "pretty" before pictures, some gritty "after" pictures and some pics of girls geariing up etc., Once I get names of those involved, I will send you each more details... good?!? Good!!

PS- Not to be bossy, BUT... this is a shoot with a mission. I wanna wrap in one day. That means, if you are coming to rip around and be sad when we all have to stop when shooting is happening, then this is probably not a project for you... If we work hard, we can get what we need very quickly and then everyone will be free to rip it up, freestyle!!

LD unless your mans coming we might be able to squish the bike and quad both in the box of my truck.. they wont fit in yours (sorry ive tried lol)

This spot just happens to be out skinny's front yard.... lol I know the river trails won't be too bad for mud... the othe trails pretty sure some roostin may happen...hehe no really big s*#t holes though..lol... I was talkin with skinny yesterday and we were thinking of scoutin some great spots there on Sunday...

The 9th is a Friday, so lets do Saturay the 10th. Day trip... That leaves Sunday open for people who want to take a ride then too.

So I did do a bit of scouting last night and found that the trails are going to be a bit mucky but not too bad for the most part, there is still a bit of snow but there has been traffic through on the trails. Like SledMamma said, we are on a tight schedule with the mag thing so a day of riding is going to be like a day of work....fun work though! I know that the third weekend of April is out for me and Mamma I think too as we HAVE to get our SledBetties stuff wrapped up in Valemount.
Outlaw and I are going out this Sunday also so if there is anyone in the area who is interested in some riding shoot me a PM. Judging by the way that all of you ladies are talking the best time to get together is next weekend????

Oh and I'll just put this out there now for any ladies who want to go from Edmonton area, I am willing to drive and I can accomodate 1 quad and 1 more bike ..I will need help unloading/loading my bike once there cuz my truck is pretty high up for me to hand bomb it myself..and I dont have ramps..I do have a trailer too so just putting the offer out there if anyone wants to join me..

I have a bit of a technique now to loading my bike in the back of my truck.. load it onto the trailer..then hook up the trailer to my truck..fold down the front ramp of the trailer, fold the tailgate down and use my little 2x4 from the gap from the front of the trailer to my tailgate and onto my truck! haha.. I had to get creative.. but anyway, any girls that want to hook up w/ me let me know!!

Haha thats awesome cuz.. oh ya.. I don't know how to get there! lol. well I can seat 5 in my truck, I can fit either 1 quad or 2 bikes or 4 bikes.. and Outlaw if I can follow you that would be great!

I live on 142nd st and Stony Plain rd, but my bike is located on 87th ave and 151 st..

But depending if some other ladies want a ride I might have to do some picking up..

as for time.. well.. it depends how far Drayton is.. I can't really remember but my friends are throwing me a birthday party/BBQ that night so I have to be back in Edmonton at a decent time..so I guess if ihave to leave early ohwell! Like Mamma and skinny said its work, not really a fun filled day of riding especially if its too mucky..
