BIG Thanks to the Quadders today....

Like to thank the NICE quadders today, for leaving a nice deep set of FRIGGIN ruts along Hiway 44, in the west ditch. Like to meet ya, give you a BIG pat on the back...maybe one across the back of your head and wake you up.

Have some respect.. you have all summer and fall to ride, leave the winter for us sledders. :d

PS.. If the MODS think this is offensive, then remove it, but I wanted to have my say. Tired of this happening here and on the trail systems.

If I was on here all the time bitching about the sledders ripping up my bloody grain fields there would be no posts but mine to fill up this section.

If it's a part of a trail system that connects 2 trails and has proper authorization to be groomed then I agree with you, if its not sorry, quaders have as much right to be on there as you and I. My, and Im a sledder.

I understand, its just the sledding season around here is so SHORT to begin with. And getting shorter every year...so it seems. I just want to ride without ruts. :d

Yes it is about growing it's called WINTER WHEAT,.. and when you sled across the field it PACKS DOWN the snow and it is the last to melt resulting in delayed germination and some cases loss of crop. Farmers shouldn't have to put up fences to keep others off their land, it's common sense, it's not yours, stay off of it.

Do people drive into your yard and ripped donuts on your front lawn,.. no I didn't think so.

The sledders I do have respect for are the ones that ride along the edges of the field fine,.. but the yahoos that rip across the middle or partial thereof, you can take a long walk off a short pier.

No ALL sledder are cut for the same cloth as you state. SOME have respect. I am one of them.
