I ride with this sled every trip out, and it makes 252 hp at 10 psi and 200 ft.lbs, has a CR racing chassey( since you built it, you should know), and thanks to Dale Cutler down in Utah, the sled works phenominal. just about everything that could have been changed from the original build has been. The owner has spent countless hours of reworking everything. For the price of the sled you would think you could pull the rope and go, not have to rebuild it. may as well of built it himself. Anyway the sled flat out rips on the top and the bottom.
Oh yah.. Well i quess i'll just have to ask him about that!!!! Seeing how most of the things that he changed are things that came with his turbo kit.. And were there things that whe found afterwards that work better than what boondocker sent, sure.. But until you actually run it it's hard to know that stuff.. He didn't have to rework anything that was my fault or a fault of myworkmanship....... POS i'll call jeff in the AM!! Also that 252hp was with a couple of exhaust leaks so without them it would have been higher and jeff told me that once i put the new throttle bodues on and he tried it out again it felt like he'd big bored it compared to before that!

Hey Mrcoops. I talked to jeff this am.. Just for your info boondocker has said that they have some issues with things and that are workinmg to fix them and hope to have mew programming out for there boxes very soon. Cause BD says that you have to adjust the box due to altitude and temp, they say that they got the polaris's fixed earlier and now they are working on the cats... Jeff absolutely loves his sled and completely happy with my workmanship..

finished vanamburg TM7 project finally. Timbersled front and rear suspension, boss seat, boondacker turbo set up to run 8-12 lbs. pulls your arms off at 10lbs. 156" 2.5" track. fly bars and riser. should weigh around 460-470lbs, could remove intercooler and drop another 10-15lbs. just waiting to see what other guys are seeing for tuning and power without the intercooler. hope the pics show up.

had the turbo out in the mountains several times in the stock m7 chassis, flat out pulled your arms off. at 12lbs it pulls itself over backwards on steep climbs, have to learn to feather the throttle. I can't wait to try this thing in a light weight chassis. little to no lag on boost, great in the trees, can turn it into anything, get on the gas and it stands straight up like a jet boat getting on step and then gone, leaving a 12 foot trench (LOL) pisses the guys off trying to follow your line behind you. Too much fun, hopefully it holds together for the season!

Maybe now you'll be able to keep up to jeff....LOL...

If I can glue jeffs boost controller on 9lbs, and then run 12 lbs on mine, it may be close LOL. The difference between jeffs and mine is not alot. the boost comes on differently though. Jeff's is like a turbo diesel, it just tourques along, real smooth on boost all the time. Mine is more like a high revving 2 stroke when it hits its power band, winds up and look out, can probalbly smooth it out with a 46/40 helix, run a 49/47 right now. I will admit Jeff's is definatly prettier under the hood.

I just like to tinker, got tired of getting ripped off. So I bought all the parts and built the thing myself. More work than anticipated, but worth every drop of sweat and blood. saved myself about 15G's off of quotes from various mod shops. Will be looking to build another here shortly possibly. Got almost everthing out of the US, made it cheap with the dollar even. No I do not work for a mod shop. thanks for the interest.

She is pretty slick, is your a 700 like jamie's? I wouldn't mind checkin it out some time.. Myself eventhough i work for a sled shop, which is my dream job.. There is just something about building your own sled, it would take me a while to do mine because i am so picky.... Which i am picky with customers stuff also, but i also keep in mind the time i am spending.. I want to give them the bbest sled that i can with the parts available as well as i want to give them the best deal as i can... What sec clutch do you have? We may have a helix...

Yes it is like Jaimie's, except mine is intercooled. Jaimie seems to have his pretty dialed in as well. I have a supreme tools secondary, which I got from you guys. Nothing personal against you, but everytime I buy something there, a certain gentlemen who may or may not be the owner makes me feel like I am taking it in the a#%! At this time I elect to buy as little as possible from him, maybe there is an opportunity for you to earn back some business for him in the future, but for now I have put him in the penalty box. Which is really a shame when you add up the amount of dollars I have spent on projects the last 3 years and the amount of projects friends spend on upgrades. Again please do not take this personal, it is not your fault a particular person choose to do business in the manner he does.

I totally agree mrcoops. I spend thousands a dollars a year on builds, and Mods. When you are in a business that deals with the public you might want to treat them as you would want to be treated! Looking down your nose at customers is a sure sign of them not returning.A customer is not an inconvience, Customers are what pay your bills and keep your business going. If you get great service, even if its a bit more expensive I would go were the service is better. I work with customers daily, If they are happy so is your cheque book. Because they will always come back.
I don't know everything................................... but i did stay at a holiday inn express ....... just my 2 cents
