Hello guys,
just wanted to start a thread talking about some of the big hp sleds here in AB. usually spend time on snowest and it seems like our bretheren to the south have a crap load of really cool mod chassis, big bores, and turbos. What are you guys on this site running. Anything really neat to look for when out and about bouncin around the rockies. I have a m7t dialed at 9 pounds boost. light weighted and full of smiles. Supreme tool seconday clutch, timbersled front and rear suspension, vanamburg hill climb chassy. light weight seat, sled is has not been switched to new chassy yet, but should be around 460lbs and 220hp when done. black with orange monster decals. If you happen to see it on its lid at the bottom of hill please take the time to check for the rider! LOL. Anyway, what else is out there, see lots of neat things in the hills, would be nice to know that some of the owners are lingering around this site every once in a while.

Ya if it will run kenny. J/K to bad to here about that thing. FYI guys the first ride kenny had his sled out it had a air lock in the coolant and he had to get the motor ripped apart to get the crank done so the water pump would drive. But there is a good side to this story, he had to rent a new XP(first ride on this sled).

Hey Kenny... if what catzuki says is true, and you had crank issues etc., and you had to rent & ride an XP, it sounds like you jumped from the pot into the fire!!

That '05 SP 800 looks like fun.

And it makes 280hp 200ftlbs torque.. It's black with blue highlight.. Says monster on the hood... It has a cutler tunnel and about anything and everything available... At the end of last year we also built a RT1000 Twin Turbo for a guy(twin turbo) he's on here lots. We did alot of cool stuff to that sled to. It's sweet!! Hey Glenn, I think I just put together where I know you from.

Do you guys sell "snow eliminators" at the shop? I need a set for my M8 for the weekend.

BTW, Jamie sounds pretty amped up about his ride, says that Jeffs is set on kill as well.

Tell Ken, Eric and Casey I said hi.

Of course if I'm wrong about who I think you are, none of that will make sense and I'll sound like a tool, lol.

Hey there tony.. Yah jeff's turbo M1000 is a total rocket now.. It's set-up sweet now and he said it's almost stupid fast... He can climb a mountain at like 100mph then come 3/4 of the way down and having snow coming over the hood, hack a 180 and go straight back up.... That is AWESOME!!! I had alot of fun building that sled... I will say hi to them. Ken headed for the hills to do some testing with his Xp800 turbo today.. He's actually going to hook up with jeff and jamie this weekend..Lucky ba$tards... Gwet to go to the hills.....

Kewl, if I can convince Jamie to go this weekend I'm going to tag along. Maybe I'll have to sneak a ride or two in on the turbo sleds.

Guess I'll be on a peeshooter basicly stock M8, LOL.

I ride with this sled every trip out, and it makes 252 hp at 10 psi and 200 ft.lbs, has a CR racing chassey( since you built it, you should know), and thanks to Dale Cutler down in Utah, the sled works phenominal. just about everything that could have been changed from the original build has been. The owner has spent countless hours of reworking everything. For the price of the sled you would think you could pull the rope and go, not have to rebuild it. may as well of built it himself. Anyway the sled flat out rips on the top and the bottom.
