Why not implement a yearly back country usage permit per family. Couple hundred bucks a year for riding, camping etc. fines for no permit would keep the majority of the dip sh!ts away.

We talked about that years ago

Problem is like everything else is enforcement

I would have got one, we even had the idea that only one needed per group , that way the guy with the pass looks after the others

sent while I should be drinking tea's

They tried that for Forest Service rec sites in BC a few years ago. It was about as popular as a turd in a punchbowl. :D

The government taxes us enough. Use some of that money and do something instead of sending it to other countries.

I doubt it its Alberta even the dip****s have money.

Unfortunately that is the norm to see somebody leave a mess like that at south fork every long weekend. One of the guys I ride with has his two young teenage daughters run around and they clean up sites like that and then use then return the empty bottles and cans for money. Always amazes me that his daughters clean all the garbage to, the man is doing something right with his kids to bad some others didn't.
