I must have missed a memo.... Didn't know there were acceptable excuses for drinking and driving. Should be 2yrs minimum prison if you get busted. Because people can't control them selfs it's ok to put other peoples life's and family's in danger ?
And it's not 'being perfect' , it's called being responsible! But I can totally see how that could be confused.

The only thing I don't like about them is when they give out tint tickets and stuff. They should just concentrate on all the drunks. Last May long I got nailed with window tint, tinted tail lights, and a ticket for not having fender flares. Sat at the check stop for a good 20 mins while the cop was writing the tickets, meanwhile there's drunks cruising right on through but there busy giving tint tickets lol.

Makes them dim...so you can't see them....so you get a ticket...if you don't get rear-ended first. It's cool.

That's not entirely true..... A DUI comes with 3000 + in fines..... And even. 24hr comes with. 600$ fine plus impound fees..... Just not as many drunks drivers as there is modified vehicles
