Didn't mean to post that so quick....
Shelter logic are 4-500 for the 12x20 I got mine at a project I was doing that was a throw out. Been up for 3 years I think and still standing through some awesome storms.... Ripped the roof of the school but my shed stayed

I know what yours has been thru as well as how well Darcy's has stood up as well as many others at Outwest. Which leads me to look at these as well, but depending on the prices and size of pieces of those buildings Brewdoo's uncle brings in, I may go that way. Just want to be able to take it with us when we leave the trailer park life.

with the tents that are 10x20what is the height of them, does anyone know

You could check shelter logics website but I believe I've seen them advertised as 8' high and some at 10' high. There are 2 styles as well "rounded" and "peaked" in the photos the rounded appears to have more clearance at the "door" for height.

Funny you post this...I'm setting up a 12x20 Shelter Logic at the moment....seems okay so far about half way through. took me about 2 hrs by myself to get this far. I think it was 500ish. Just need some overflow for the quad, sleds, etc.

We've had one from Costco for 5 years. Bought it for the boat for off seaon stoage. Its been awsome. we just bought a second one for this fall, $200.00! They are very durable, I had mine blow up into a tree this summer, all the rain softened the ground and the screw pegs pulled out like cores! We figured it was toast so we hooked the truck to it and yarded it out. It was unbent. A couple small tears in the roof, but it's still serviceable!

I have had 4 fabric shelters. The first two were the Costco ones and they last 3 to 4 years. You have to make sure you remove any snow build up or they collapse (one of mine did even though I had cleared it the day before. The third one is a Shelter Logic from Canadian Tire and it is the one with the peaked roof. It is now 4 years old and still looks great. Needed a bit more space so just put up a 38 X 50 Silverstream Shelter. Hopefully will be enough space for toy storage. The Shelter Logic is on sale at Canadian Tire this week.

We have had 2 of the shelter/logic from Crappy Tire now for a few years, still in great shape, you do have to knock the snow off after it accumulates a few times a year. Just bought a 3rd one last week as it was on sale. Actually we bought them all when on sale.

Wish I seen this earlier, just finished my second one, last one was a twenty footer, was just to big. I spent about 400 hundred dollars and two days labour . Gravel 100.00, lumber 200.00, had the stain in garage. and got the tent at Canadian Tire 50 percent off for a 100.00. This one is nine by ten.The Floor on this is permed ant as I'm building walls and roof on it next summer, but this is a perfect portable shed as the floor can easily be move by four guys. image.jpg

Wish I would have put down a wooden platform...next year. Shelter logic shorted me one piece and gave me an extra that I didn't need. Grr. Works good though, just wide enough for a sled and a quad.

Yup a floor and a string off Xmas lights a small heater and it makes a pretty sweet and cheap storage unit that you can work in if no garage available.
