Just folded my skid on my 163, (those rails are unbelievably WEAK) whats the best way to go?

Is there a stiffener kit available for the factory rails?

Iceage?

Don't really have the $2300 for a mtn. tamer setup or it would be ordered already

ive been abusing my sled for over 2300miles now and never had a problem with rails, although mine is a 155, id maybe just look into stock rails with some bolted on stiffeners if i had any problems though

I've found just the opposite... I put 163 stock rails on my 11 assault and drive the sh!t out of it... I am on my fourth back bumper from riding it on its tail!!! My son however bent a set on the dragon ditchbanging, and jumping approaches... go figure!!!!

Ya, bent these ones jumping a row of round hay bales. lol. Even still, I wasn't landing tail first or on solid ground, I was really suprised they bent.

Get ahold of Brock at Ice Age. Their rails are stronger then stock. If you aren't concerned about weight, they also offer custom solid rails (minimal cutouts) that have been used in Cain's Quest & Irondog cross country races

Surprisingly enough, I've had no issues with it (seems everyone on the internet does, though). It is what it is - a heavy, powerful beast that occaisionally scares the sh!t out of me lol. To be fair though, it isn't stock, has had a Team Tied on it since day one and a couple other goodies. Venting is a must with the 4 stroke, as well as wrapping the ENTIRE exhaust system. Wouldn't hurt if I lost 15-20 lbs and started jogging, either...
To sum it up, it is a typical arctic cat: rough around the edges, fit & finish done by a caveman with a chisel, and stock clutching sucks. Nothing a day or two in my garage can't fix...
