Hold it…..hold it!!! This is one of those creepy internet things where a guy actually poses as a chic. Sledbunny is really a guy trying to get his wife to bake a pizza and serve him beer after a hard day humping on the hill…not buying it!!!

Trust me Sledbunny does exist..She is in the lobby with drinks at the end of the day for the boys and even feeds me when I work afternoons. She is just one classy lady....:d

I love my muffpot i cook anything from burritos, ribs, and at the newbrook rally i had two batches of taquitos 24 total made sure that all riders that were enjoying a few were all full so we could drink more.

possibilities are endless.

I like tacitos and wings but if anyone has some other recipes that would be great! If you post one though put some detail in so dumb guys like me can actually make it! Cheers :d:beer:

So far I've tried: dry ribs, wings, tacitos, steak, bacon wrapped steak and cocktail weiners. All good:)

A picture is worth a thousand words but why the tin foil? Parchement paper is not only healthier but the food looks so much better when finished..

Totally agree. Really enjoy the parchment paper. Only had a little square left from Friday night, so I had to make do with the tin foil.

Dang, after all this stuff, I am now starving, and really want to get out on my sled.

That and sledbunny's man is extremely lucky.

Here are some good idea for muff pots. This is what I do for my husband and his friends since I do not go up on the hill. I take raw jumbo razor back shrimp, add fresh chopped garlic, favorite seasoning and a small dap of butter. Double wrap in foil. It only takes about 1 hour and everything is fully cooked. Another good one is take precooked meatballs, toss them in a chili cranberry sauce. Double wrap in foil and you are good to go. This is what I usually send for them to enjoy.

Question for you sledbunny. Why do you have to double wrap everything in foil. Does it cook faster in the foil?

Here's another muff pot meal idea. Made this this morning for the ride and it was awesome. Cut up chunks of summer sausage, white or red onion, and mix in about half a can of chick peas. Chickpeas are a good source of zinc, calcium and protein They are also very high in dietary fiber. Gives you a good afternoon kick of energy.
