Looking to find a good location to book a few weekends in a cabin/lodge to accommodate 6-8 sledders. Any that you would recommend or to stay away from would be great.

if you don't mind the extra travel time, Terracana resort; then you can do both Valemount and McBride.

Another for stonehaven here. Stayed there for thanksgiving the hospitality is over the top and decent place. Garage for the sleds to thaw overnight as well.

Only issue a few minutes to the liquor trough
Was a hard weekend only in town for three days and the liquor store knew us on a first name basis lol.

Right in see u in a couple weeks

What a fantastic trip! Snow was not all that great, but the accommodations made up for the conditions. Terry at Summit River Lodge hooked us up with parts for clutches and even had a leaf spring on hand that fit our trailer. We broke a leaf spring somewhere along the line and we able able to replace it there. Food was EXCELLENT, and it was clean and cozy. 5 stars and highly recommended for anyone looking for a place to stay in Valemount!

Thanks Terry and Lisa!
