beeping on start-up not quiting

whats up with this i have had 10 calls this last week about the xp's beeping and beeping on start-up and then they unplug and start back up and it goes away wtf. Im hoping Maxwell can clear this up!! Not bashing just would like clear knowledge to pass on.

Look inside your tether plug and see if there's a little piece of metal in there. Pop it out with a small screwdriver( it's held in by a magnet in the plug) lightly bend the 4 tits(can I say that) to make the tether get better contact. hope it helps

Yup it will run but will not get enough RPMs to engage the clutch
