How many lbs

14lbs. Ive been keeping the smoker at 180° for 90% of it. Just turned it to 250° about an hour ago. Then in a lined cooler for 4 hours till supper.

Not the best brisket cuz so much trimming and the point and flat was pretty much separated. Will use to thermometers tho and still be great
