I have 3 of these radios, 3 chargers, 3 external mics, two throat mics, and an instruction booklet for sale. They work great but the programming is a little beyond my capabilities. I don't know enough about radios in general to be efficient with them. Great range (I have gotten 16 km out of them), VHF broadcasting (you can talk to the logging trucks), communicate with the Rinos and the little Cobras/Motorolas with the proper settings. If something goes amok, I have to take them down to Moyie and get moyiesledhead to fix them!

With the Canadian dollar in the tank these days, this is one heck of a deal. Everything for $90. First come, first served. PM if interested.

Fernie have you used you tube to teach you how to do it?
It doesn't look too hard from what I remember from the video's.

Doug, what radios are your trying next?

I will go back to the Rinos. My 530 crapped on the radio side (two times and I sent it back once) and it wasn't dependable. Everything else worked well with the Rinos. So I got a 650 on the Cabella's sale. I also have a 110 and a 120 that will pair with the 650. I have a VHF hard wired in the truck and that is basically all I use to talk to loggers.

Teeroy is a pretty smart cookie, pretty "up" with technology...... Doug is still searching for that magestic "any" key.

Yes, teeroy has grown up with the VHF radios living and doo-ing what he does.

Yes, Doug is still searching for magic! Easy magic that I can understand and use.........:d
